Overview
Our synergy blends are crafted from 100% pure, whole essential oils — never isolates or synthetic fragrance. Each blend is composed to support both aromatic harmony and therapeutic purpose, creating a balanced experience that works on mind, body, and emotions. Designed for versatile use, these blends bring the benefits of aromatherapy into daily rituals with clarity and intention.
How to use
- Diffusion: To shift the atmosphere or energy of a room, create a calming, uplifting, or restorative environment. Add 5–10 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser, or for a more traditional method, add drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale the vapor.
- Personal inhalation: Use with a refillable aroma inhaler for a portable option you can carry throughout the day. For a simple, low-tech approach, place 1–2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball, fold, and hold near the nose for direct inhalation.
- Ambient scenting: Place a few drops on a cotton ball or small dish and leave nearby to gently release aroma into the space.
- Topical: Dilute to 1–3% in a carrier oil (about 3–9 drops per 10 ml) for massage or body care. Essential oils must never be applied undiluted directly to the skin.
- Bath rituals: Add to a bath only when safely diluted. First dilute essential oils into a plant oil or a gentle foaming base (such as mild baby shampoo or shower gel). These help the oils disperse more safely in water and reduce the risk of irritation.
- Note: a plant oil + essential oil mixture will still float on water rather than fully disperse, so take care to avoid undiluted contact with sensitive skin areas.
- Do not pour essential oils directly into bathwater or rely only on salts, milk, or baking soda for dispersal — these do not safely distribute the oils.
(Guidance adapted from Robert Tisserand, Essential Oil Safety, and the Tisserand Institute bath safety recommendations.)
Ingredients
A blend of pure essential oils (specific blend varies by formula). Each oil is GC/MS tested for purity and sourced with sustainability in mind.
Safety
For external use only. Do not apply essential oils undiluted directly to the skin. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Always check safety information for the specific blend before use, and consult a qualified professional if unsure.
- Children: Essential oil dilution should always be lower for children. A safe guideline is 0.5–1% for children over 2 years (about 1–3 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil). Essential oils are not recommended for infants under 2 unless under professional guidance.
- Medical conditions: If you have a chronic health condition (such as epilepsy, asthma, or high blood pressure), consult safety guidance or your healthcare practitioner before use.
- General care: Store out of reach of children. Essential oils are flammable; keep away from open flame or heat.
