Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products — which include personal care, aromatherapy, and wellness formulations — all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or burned items such as candles, bath salts, teas, oils, or mists.
We will, however, replace products or issue store credit in the event that your order arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
