Aromatherapy is most powerful when it becomes part of the rhythm of everyday life.

Simple, intentional moments—rolling oil onto your wrists, misting your space before meditation, or lighting a candle as part of your morning or evening routine —can create signals for the mind and body to shift state. These practices don’t have to take long, but when repeated, they help regulate the nervous system and help build resilience over time.

Another way to enhance your ritual is through layering scent. This means combining products across different formats—such as beginning with a candle or room mist, enjoying a bath soak and finishing with massaging in body oil. Layering strengthens both the aromatic atmosphere and the therapeutic effect, allowing the essential oils to work on multiple levels: through inhalation, through the skin, and through the environment around you. It also creates a sensory continuity, so that the mind associates the same aroma with calm, restoration, or sleep—deepening the connection each time you use it.

Each product in the Repose Rituals collection is designed to be used alone or layered together, so you can create your own ritual rhythm—whether you have a single moment or an entire evening to unwind.

Rollerball

  • Pulse Point Ritual: Roll onto the inside of your wrists. Bring wrists together, close your eyes, and inhale deeply. Pair with the 4-7-8 breath: inhale through your nose for 4, hold for 7, exhale slowly for 8.
  • Massage Use: Apply to small areas needing relief—back of the neck and shoulders, chest, tummy, or soles of the feet. Massage gently into skin.
  • Vagus Nerve Stimulation: Roll just below the ears along the sides of the neck and gently massage down toward the collarbone.
  • Shared Ritual: Use for mindful touch—massage into a partner’s hands, feet, or shoulders.

Personal Inhaler

  • How to Use: Hold to one nostril, gently close the other with your finger. Inhale slowly for 4, pause, then exhale fully for 8.
  • Adjust Intensity: Move slightly away from the nostril if the aroma feels too strong.
  • Breath Ritual: Use with 2–3 cycles of 4-7-8 or extended-exhale breathing for nervous system reset.
  • Frequency: Use as often as needed throughout the day.

Aromatic Magnesium Bath Salt

  • Frequency: Enjoy a magnesium bath 1–3 times per week for optimal benefits.
  • How Much: Pour 1–2 cups of aromatic magnesium salts into a warm bath, or ½–1 cup into a foot bath.
  • Soak: Relax for 15–20 minutes to maximize magnesium absorption through your skin.
  • Breath & Mindfulness: Use this time to slow your breathing, meditate, or simply let your mind settle.
  • After Care: Gently pat your skin dry and wrap yourself in something warm to extend the sense of calm.
  • Hydration Ritual: During or after your soak, sip on one of our soothing adaptogen herbal tea infusions to replenish and ground.

Body Oil

  • Begin with Breath: Warm a small amount of oil between your hands. Cup your hands over your nose and inhale deeply to connect with the aroma.
  • Daily Hydration: Apply to damp skin after a shower or bath for all-day nourishment.
  • Self-Massage: Massage into arms, legs, or areas holding tension using slow, mindful strokes.
  • Massage for Others: Use as a therapeutic oil for mindful touch, moving slowly with intention.
  • Targeted Rituals: Massage into chest for deeper breathing, or abdomen in slow circles for digestion support.

Room Mist

  • Space Clearing: Spray into the air, around your body, or across a room to shift atmosphere.
  • Linen Ritual: Mist onto pillows or sheets before rest.
  • Ritual Anchoring: Use at the start of meditation, yoga, or journaling to mark the transition into ritual space.

Pure Essential Oils

  • Diffuser Use: Add 5–8 drops to a diffuser with water.
  • DIY Blending: Dilute with carrier oil before skin application (1–3% dilution recommended).
  • Ritual Reminder: Place a drop on a tissue, cup to your nose, and inhale deeply for a portable moment of calm.

Reed Diffuser

  • Set Up: Uncap and insert reeds into the oil. Flip after 24 hours, then every few days to refresh scent.
  • Placement: Keep in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or drafts.
  • Continuous Ritual: Provides a steady background aroma—perfect for bedrooms, workspaces, or bathrooms.

Candle

  • Safe Placement: Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects.
  • Burn Time: Keep burns to 2–4 hours (less for smaller candles). Burning too long can affect scent quality.
  • Even Burn: Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the vessel during each use to prevent tunneling.
  • Wick Care: Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn to keep the wax clean and the flame free from soot.
  • Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of pets and children.
