Many of us today are dealing with ongoing stress, poor sleep, and low energy, and are feeling the effects of this across the day, from how they think and focus to how their body feels and recovers.

At the same time,  we are often overwhelmed by the amount of advice available. Much of it suggests multiple changes at once, which can feel complex, time-consuming, and difficult to maintain alongside an already busy life.

As a result, new habits are started but not sustained, which leads to more pressure and a growing sense of frustration.

Our approach is focused on simplicity, with small, repeatable habits that can be applied consistently, without adding complexity. 

All our blends are formulated in-house by practitioners with a clear purpose: to support stress regulation, improve restorative sleep, aid recovery, and build resilience by helping the nervous system to regulate over time.

Begin with a simple evening ritual

  • Begin with sleep and breath, using our simple Rest & Restore rollerball.
  • As part of your evening routine, sit comfortably and apply generously to pulse points, the temples, and the upper chest, just below the collarbone
  • Gently rub the wrists together, then bring them towards the face. Cup the upper part of the face so the wrists are in line with the nose, and inhale slowly.
  • Breathe in for 4, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. Repeat this cycle three times.
  • Then allow the breath to settle into a slower rhythm. Inhale for 5 and exhale for 5, with your attention resting on the heart area.
  • Continue for a few breaths, then allow the hands to rest in your lap. Keep breathing slowly and notice the sense of quiet this creates.
